Escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and join us for a morning dedicated to self-care and holistic wellness at Sattvic Sunday: Community Yoga, Kiratn Meditation and Sound Bath!

Enjoy gentle movement in our easy hatha yoga session. Let go of stress and worries and totally relax in a guided meditative journey incorporating yoga nidra (full body relaxation technique), mantra meditation and a blissful sound bath. During your sound healing you will be immersed in the soothing vibrations of resonant instruments and transcendental yoga sounds as they harmonize your energy, restore balance to your being and bring peace to your heart.

Your mini retreat closes with a delicious plant based lunch to help you ground and centre and connect with new friends.

Free Community Kirtan Picnic in the Park

Kirtan meditation, live music, yummy plant based food and good vibes !

Join us for a relaxed afternoon of good vibes, yummy food and laid back kirtan ( mantra meditation accompanied by musical instruments) on the banks of Wappa Dam.

This incredibly pretty park is filled with endless green open space and lawns stretching right down to the dam and proivdes a perfect backdrop to rest your mind and relax in the sweet, heartfelt mantras, the perfect recharge for the week ahead.

Afterwards, catch up with friends or make some new ones whilst lounging and soaking up the Autumn afternoon sun and enjoy an early dinner for just $5.

We're not sure what we're cooking yet! But we can say it will include a plate of vegetarian deliciousness! (vegan and gluten free option will be available).
